Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

All orders placed BEFORE 12:00pm will be shipped that day via the shipping method selected. Any orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped the following working day.
We do not have weekend collections so any orders placed after 12pm Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. However subscribe to us and we will notify you for any future updates on delivery locations.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG
If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@bytonibeauty.com and we can amend the shipment address for you.

  • Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.
