RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Brow Edit products but just incase we have a 7 day refund policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. Any return/refund requests after the 7 day period will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted your item must be returned in the same condition it was received in, unused and with the tamper seal still attached. For hygiene purposes we will not accept returns for items that have been opened, tampered with or worn.
 
To start your return please send us a direct message on Instagram to @thebrowedit_official. Please include your full name, order number and reason for requesting a refund. We will then send you the details of how to return your item and where to return it to. 
 
All online courses and in person classes and courses are strictly non transferable and non refundable in all circumstances. 

Please note that all postage charges to you will not be refunded and that you are responsible for the postage cost of your return. The Brow Edit does not at the moment offer pre paid returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please carefully inspect your order when you receive it.
 
If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can put it right for you.
